Location: Onsite at the manufacturing and test facility in Briggs, Texas, north of Austin; approximately 15% travel required for launch operations.

What you will do
- Execute and oversee hydraulic, pneumatic, proof, leak, and electrical testing of flight and ground support hardware.
- Develop, document, and refine test procedures with engineering teams.
- Design, fabricate, and assemble test fixtures, stands, and specialized equipment.
- Perform precision assembly of complex flight systems using technical documentation, CAD models, and work orders.
- Support launch pad preparation, testing, validation, final inspections, configuration verification, and troubleshooting.
- Improve safety and operational efficiency through audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in an aerospace, manufacturing, military, or automotive environment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a test stand environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt responsibilities, and communicate technical information clearly.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR and other U.S. Government export regulations.
Nice to have
- Associate degree in engineering, technical, or mechanical studies, or an A&P license.
- Experience with airframe structural repair, avionics, hydraulic plumbing, ground support equipment, crane and rigging operations, or hazardous operations.
- Knowledge of NPT, MS, A/N, and Swagelok fittings, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience with test process optimization, Confluence, JIRA, and technical photo documentation.
