Data Analytics Lead

What you will do

• Lead complex problem structuring, advanced analysis, and end-to-end delivery of cross-organizational analytics workstreams.
• Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and business leaders to build scalable analytics solutions that improve client retention.
• Develop innovative methods for using proprietary data and establish team-wide analytical best practices.
• Advise senior business leaders by translating analytical findings into strategic solutions and executive-ready narratives.
• Mentor team members and raise standards for code quality, technical rigor, data hygiene, and documentation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in business analytics, including independently leading strategic workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Advanced understanding of data science, statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, trend identification, and bias mitigation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python or R, plus the ability to oversee code quality.
• Expert ability to analyze, model, and visualize complex multidimensional datasets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working with matrixed teams and senior or C-suite audiences.
