What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and prioritize quality improvement opportunities across warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
• Develop and implement data-driven action plans to address quality gaps and operational inefficiencies.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor logistics quality KPIs, track initiatives, and report findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct audits and facility assessments to verify quality standards and identify operational risks.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, customer service, and external partners while delivering quality training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, including quality improvement or process optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with quality management methodologies; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, project leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics operations.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills.
