What you will do

• Serve as the scientific point of contact for cell-based immunoassay development supporting clinical programs across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Design, develop, optimize, qualify, validate, and execute cell-based immunoassays and clinical sample testing.
• Generate, analyze, interpret, and communicate robust datasets in accordance with applicable GLP and GCP requirements.
• Author technical, validation, study, and scientific documentation while investigating and resolving quality issues.
• Represent the Immunoassay Team in project meetings and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and subject-matter experts.
• Support continuous improvement, evaluate emerging technologies, and coach junior laboratory staff.

Requirements

• Ph.D. with more than 2 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's/master's degree with more than 6 years of experience in immunology or a related field.
• Experience conducting assay validation in clinical immunology within a GLP/GCLP environment.
• Deep understanding of cell culture and cell-based assays, particularly viral neutralization or bacteriology assays.
• Experience with clinical-trial efficacy testing, regulated environments, and GLP, GCP, and ISO standards is required.
• Strong computational, data analysis, statistical analysis, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GraphPad Prism, and relevant data-analysis software.

Nice to have

• Background in infectious diseases, virology, bacteriology, or oncology.
• Experience handling laboratory pathogens at containment level 3.
• Interest in emerging technologies, innovative experimental designs, and AI-enabled scientific workflows.
