Director Accounts Receivable

Location: Remote - Nationwide (United States)

Salary: $92,400–$138,600 per year, based on relevant years of experience.

What you will do

• Manage the strategic and daily operational performance of accounts receivable functions.
• Supervise AR teams, monitor workflows, and track performance against KPIs including Net AR Days, aging reduction, and high-dollar account resolution.
• Manage client and payer escalations while ensuring adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze root causes of delays and implement corrective actions, training, and process improvements.
• Monitor worked accounts for quality assurance and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve financial outcomes and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Accounts receivable experience in pediatrics is required.
• Strong leadership and operational expertise in accounts receivable processes.
• Experience coaching leaders, developing team members, delegating responsibility, and building talent pipelines.
• Ability to make leadership decisions using information from multiple sources and drive measurable results.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience with program or project management, resource planning, and performance analysis.
