Manager, Treasury Regulatory Reporting (Finance)

Location: Hybrid role based in Westlake, TX; Omaha, NE; or San Francisco, CA

Salary: USD $95,100–$144,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the preparation, validation, and submission of CCAR and FR Y-14A regulatory filings and supporting documentation.
• Define data requirements, mappings, financial metrics, and reporting processes for capital stress testing.
• Establish data standards, metadata, lineage, governance processes, controls, and operating procedures.
• Develop automated data pipelines, reconciliations, quality controls, and scalable reporting solutions.
• Analyze data quality issues, investigate discrepancies, validate calculations, and drive resolution.
• Partner with Treasury, Technology, Data Management, and Risk teams on data integration, analytics, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data management, regulatory reporting, financial analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data engineering concepts, cloud platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, and large-scale databases.
• Experience with SQL, Python, data transformation, automation, analytics tools, and data governance.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting concepts, CCAR, and FR Y-14A, FR Y-14M, and/or FR Y-14Q reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, capital planning, or regulatory reporting environments.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
