Frontend Engineer (React, Remote, Europe)

What you will do

• Build and improve high-quality frontend functionality for the infrastructure platform.
• Work across the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and design through delivery and release.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, product managers, and other product teams.
• Own frontend problems and initiatives end to end, making technical and product decisions autonomously.
• Improve interface consistency through frontend and design system collaboration.
• Reduce technical debt and improve frontend stability and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of JavaScript experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building frontend applications with React.
• Strong product mindset and focus on user impact.
• High autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and clear decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English with clear verbal and written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jest or Playwright.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Interest in DevOps or infrastructure topics.

Hiring process

• 30-minute recruiter interview and 30-minute introductory call with a team lead.
• Take-home exercise followed by a live coding interview with two engineers.
• Behavioral and technical interview with the Director of Engineering, followed by a reference check.
