Network Engineer (Fintech Services)

Location: Istanbul / Maslak, Turkey; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and manage network, firewall, and load-balancer infrastructure.
• Maintain a highly available, low-latency, and secure environment for high-volume financial transactions.
• Optimize application traffic through load-balancing configurations.
• Design redundant, high-availability network architectures.
• Respond to network and security incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and harden infrastructure against emerging threats.

Requirements

• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of switching, routing, TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, BGP, and OSPF.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls, rule management, NAT, IPS/IDS, and security policy design.
• Experience with L4/L7 load balancing.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and security issues.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or high-traffic, mission-critical environments is advantageous.
