PRN Occ Health MA/LPN

Pay range: $22.00–$28.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support primary care physicians and deliver a positive patient experience across clinical and reception activities.
• Room patients, clean and stock exam rooms, collect medical histories, and record accurate clinical information.
• Take vital signs, perform blood draws, administer medications and immunizations, bandage wounds, and assist with procedures.
• Manage scheduling, check-in and check-out, medical record requests, referrals, specialist visits, and documentation.
• Process test results and communicate them to patients through approved channels.
• Coordinate with the care team on patient care plans and conduct outreach to improve patient engagement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in primary care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant or related program.
• MA certification or registration is required where mandated by the state and strongly preferred otherwise.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.
