Technical Project Manager, Global (Data Centers)

Location: Denver, Colorado; hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in a company-designated office or field location. Global project scope covers North America, EMEA, and APAC. Travel is expected to be up to 5%.

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 annual base salary plus bonus.

What you will do

• Lead planning, resource management, reporting, and implementation for global IT projects.
• Manage complex data center migrations and other technical projects, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate internal departments, construction groups, external suppliers, procurement, and vendors.
• Design performance metrics, KPI dashboards, and project reports covering progress, risks, and issues.
• Assign project tasks, oversee milestones, and complete handover activities including manuals and training.
• Apply root-cause analysis, preventative controls, process improvements, and continuous improvement methods.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project management experience with demonstrable continuous improvement results.
• Extensive experience managing complex data center migrations with an emphasis on IT design.
• Knowledge of data center networking and interconnections with systems such as security and BMS.
• Strong statistical analysis, reporting, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, MS Project, and ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, information technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Professional project management certifications such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ/PPQ, or Agile certifications.
