Head of Product (AI): Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-powered wealth management platform with an accent on member experience, advisor-facing tools, and regulated financial workflows. Location: McLean, VA, United States; on-site Monday through Friday. Relocation to McLean is supported for candidates not currently based in the area.

What you will do
- Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap across member experience, AI-driven wealth management, and advisor-facing tools.
- Translate company strategy into a clear, prioritized product plan in partnership with engineering, design, and leadership.
- Collaborate with financial planners and advisors to align product decisions with advisory workflows, member needs, and regulatory realities.
- Drive AI-powered capabilities including predictive planning, proactive recommendations, and tax optimization.
- Define product metrics and communicate strategy and progress to executives, the board, and investors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership at Head, VP, or Senior Director level.
- Experience building consumer or prosumer products in fintech, wealthtech, or another regulated industry.
- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features as a core part of a product.
- Ability to balance automation with human-in-the-loop design in high-trust, high-stakes decisions.
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead a product team from the ground up in a startup environment.
- Ability to work on-site in McLean, VA, Monday through Friday, or relocate there.
