Associate Cost Manager

What you will do

• Provide core cost management services across multiple projects and act as the main client liaison.
• Manage regional property and business support issues, promoting efficiency, effectiveness, and best practice.
• Control property and infrastructure budgets and oversee operational revenue, costs, profit, and business plans.
• Take responsibility for project delivery, reviewing technical performance with staff and clients.
• Plan resources to support customer satisfaction and profitable delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement, intelligence use, and local quality assurance and health and safety audits.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
• MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body.
• Strong experience in healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.
• Strong technical project delivery experience.
• Previous experience with a consultancy or end-user client.
• Stakeholder management experience with a focus on developing client accounts.
