Senior Finance Business Partner

Salary: £75,000–£80,000 per annum

What you will do

• Partner with senior operational, clinical, and executive leaders to provide financial guidance and commercial support.
• Deliver financial analysis, monitor financial and operational KPIs, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Challenge and support budget holders to improve financial performance and achieve strategic objectives.
• Prepare and present financial reports, business cases, and investment appraisals to senior stakeholders.
• Support cost improvement, efficiency, and continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting, and controls while maintaining patient care quality.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification.
• Significant experience in a Finance Business Partnering role.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
• Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
