Location: Boston, MA, United States. Remote, hybrid, or on-site work is available: remote five days per week with occasional office visits, hybrid with up to two remote days per week, or on-site five days per week.

Salary: $128,800–$193,200 base salary per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end contract administration for commercial payer rebates, including Model N/Revitas setup, eligibility, duplicate discount validation, disputes, and customer payments.
  • Establish policies, procedures, and SOP standards for consistent and accurate payment packages.
  • Support commercial contracting strategy, contract development, negotiation, and execution.
  • Build rebate dashboards and analytical models with Data Technology Engineering teams, or establish accurate spreadsheet-based financial analyses and payment validation.
  • Research complex customer, plan, policy, formulary, reimbursement, and performance data to validate rebate calculations and eligibility.
  • Prepare management reporting, forecasting analyses, audit documentation, and support SOX, internal, and external audit activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, accounting, business, statistics, economics, finance, or another quantitative or technological discipline.
  • 4–6 years of US pharmaceutical industry-adjacent experience in contract operations, financial analysis, rebate processing, or payer payments.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with managed care, Medicaid, or US Government contract administration technology such as Model N, Validata, EDI, or Helix.
  • At least 2 years of experience reviewing and interpreting managed care, Medicaid, or US Government master and rebate agreements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong attention to detail and business acumen.
