Marketing Operations Specialist (Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Maintain lead lifecycle, customer lifecycle, and data normalization programs.
• Build and maintain Marketo automation for events, webinars, landing pages, forms, emails, and nurture programs.
• Maintain data flows between Marketo, two Salesforce instances, and the Zapier–Broadlume integration.
• Import data into Marketo to support event processes and Salesforce synchronization.
• Support the large-scale de-duplication initiative across the multi-system data architecture.
• Troubleshoot marketing technology and data issues, and analyze operational data in Excel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing operations experience, ideally with Marketo.
• Experience with lead or customer lifecycle programs in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce–Marketo integrations and multi-CRM or multi-system environments.
• Strong Excel skills for manipulating data and answering operational questions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve ambiguous data problems independently.
• Ability to quickly learn existing systems and processes in a fast-moving, matrixed global organization.
