What you will do

• Support feasibility investigations for residential and site development acquisitions, including identifying constraints, preparing cost estimates, and developing project schedules.
• Assist with engineering plan production for regulatory agency and client submissions and approvals.
• Support the Project Manager with design tasks, technical reports, construction administration, site visits, bid documents, submittal reviews, and pay applications.
• Prepare engineering reports, design calculations, infrastructure and drainage designs, grading plans, and pavement designs.
• Participate in project progress and agency review meetings.
• Research and apply current local, state, and federal regulatory design criteria while developing efficient and cost-saving solutions.

Requirements

• Engineer-in-Training qualification or equivalent early-career civil engineering background.
• Understanding of regulatory design criteria and infrastructure planning principles.
• Ability to prepare engineering reports, design calculations, grading plans, drainage designs, and pavement designs.
• Ability to work professionally and ethically while following company procedures and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work overtime and travel overnight.
