Senior Product Manager (Veterinary Software)

Location: 100% remote within the USA

Salary: $120,000–$210,000 per year across the U.S.; Colorado range: $150,000–$190,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define product strategy and prioritized roadmaps for key platform areas.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Use customer feedback, quantitative data, KPIs, and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, onboarding, account management, and support teams.
• Create product requirement documents, user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead QA, launch enablement, feature adoption, and mentoring for junior product managers.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Experience owning complex product areas and delivering strategic cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Ability to define product strategy, manage multi-quarter roadmaps, lead discovery and experimentation, and ship scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience with product requirements, sprint planning, backlog grooming, complex launches, user research, and customer interviews.
• Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and system design tradeoffs.
