Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and adjust individualized physical therapy programs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities, manual therapies, modalities, home exercises, and patient education.
• Coordinate care with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, occupational therapists, health coaches, medical assistants, and other professionals.
• Document patient services in the electronic medical record and arrange follow-up appointments, screenings, and tests.
• Provide worksite support through ergonomics, body mechanics, safety, wellness, injury prevention education, and worksite assessments.
• Support evidence-based practice, staff training, community health initiatives, and outreach to employees at elevated risk of chronic disease.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited university.
• Current license from the relevant state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• At least three years of experience working as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation requirements and electronic medical record software in accordance with state, federal, and APTA guidelines.
• Outpatient experience with adolescent and adult populations.

Nice to have

• Ergonomic training, certification, or experience.
• Strong presentation skills and experience educating multiple levels within a client organization.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and maintain professional communication.
