Associate Social Media Manager (MedTech)

Location: hirify.global HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid work with a work-from-home policy of up to 1 day per week.

What you will do

• Drive the expansion of organic social media activities for the lab business.
• Build and brief content plans in alignment with brand and platform strategies.
• Manage lab-focused organic social media channels and maintain a consistent content flow.
• Measure, report, and optimize social media performance based on audience and channel learnings.
• Collaborate with marketing and wider organizational stakeholders on omnichannel communication.
• Manage communities across internal and external channels.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience in organic social media management, content briefing, and performance reporting.
• Good understanding of organic social media and the content that performs well with users.
• Experience working with social media metrics and reporting on performance.
• Commercial, result-oriented, analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a global role and adapt to changing priorities.
