Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) - Absolute Radio, Jazz FM, Rayo and Make Me A Winner

hirify.global is a large European media business creating print, digital, audio broadcasting, radio, podcast and entertainment content.

What you will do

• Develop and implement marketing activity to grow listenership, audience engagement and brand awareness across Absolute Radio, Jazz FM, Rayo and Make Me A Winner.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, including events, competitions, partnerships and activations.
• Coordinate with content, social, commercial, digital and wider marketing teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, partners and sponsors, and support partnership proposals and delivery.
• Oversee paid social media, digital marketing and CRM strategies, focusing on performance and audience engagement.
• Track and report campaign effectiveness, brief design requirements and manage the marketing budget with the Head of Marketing.

Requirements

• Proven marketing experience, ideally in media, audio or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of brand marketing, audience growth and campaign management.
• Solid digital marketing and social media experience.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, with a genuine passion for audio and radio.
