What you will do
- Coordinate project teams and organize regular team meetings.
- Define project goals, tasks, timelines, deliverables, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain project documentation, plans, reports, budgets, schedules, and working-hour tracking.
- Provide project status updates to stakeholders, teams, and clients.
- Manage risks, issues, change requests, releases, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Optimize team workflows, align innovative solutions with business needs, and make timely decisions in unforeseen situations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management.
- Experience managing projects with teams of 10+ members and fixed-price projects.
- Ability to lead technical teams and connect developers, hardware teams, and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban; solid understanding of the SDLC, software implementation, and support cycles.
- Strong expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, issue resolution, change request management, risk management, and release management.
- Upper-Intermediate English required.
