What you will do

• Develop detailed weekly Master Production Schedules by translating monthly IBP/S&OP production plans into plant-level requirements.
• Maintain and communicate time-phased master schedules, MPS policies, available-to-promise data, lead times, lot sizes, and operating rules.
• Balance production resources with requirements and resolve supply, demand, and capacity conflicts.
• Use what-if simulations to evaluate schedule changes and execute approved updates.
• Optimize MPS plans, including cost and capacity considerations, and recommend dispositions for non-productive inventory.
• Collaborate with material planners, asset schedulers, operations, sales, customer service, marketing, engineering, and production teams while facilitating planning meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in material management, supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or a related field.
• Experience with SAP APO and SAP BW.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a responsible and self-motivated approach to working under pressure.
