What you will do

Develop and own global campaign strategy for Airports BU focusing on awareness and demand generation.
Execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital and offline channels.
Drive lead generation and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in collaboration with GEO teams.
Manage campaign budgets and external agencies to maximize ROI.
Measure and report campaign performance using analytics tools and KPIs.
Coordinate cross-functionally with product marketing, GEO marketing, and central marketing teams.

Requirements

Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Prague or Madrid.
7+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on campaign management and demand generation.
Experience in technology sector preferred, ideally aviation or similar fast-paced B2B environment.
Strong digital marketing, analytics, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics for decision making.
