Location: Hybrid in Prague, Czech Republic and Madrid, Spain

What you will do
- Develop and own global campaign strategy for Airports BU focusing on awareness and demand generation.
- Execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital and offline channels.
- Drive lead generation and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in collaboration with GEO teams.
- Manage campaign budgets and external agencies to maximize ROI.
- Measure and report campaign performance using analytics tools and KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product marketing, GEO marketing, and central marketing teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Prague or Madrid.
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on campaign management and demand generation.
- Experience in technology sector preferred, ideally aviation or similar fast-paced B2B environment.
- Strong digital marketing, analytics, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics for decision making.

- Experience with global or multi-region campaigns.
- Exposure to world-class marketing practices and innovative brands.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing techniques and account-based marketing.
