TL;DR

Consultant Marketing: Lead global marketing campaigns for hirify.global’s Airports Business Unit focusing on integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and demand generation in airport technology. With an accent on campaign strategy, execution, and lead management. Focus on designing innovative campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and optimizing performance metrics to support growth in the aviation sector.

Location: Hybrid in Prague, Czech Republic and Madrid, Spain

What you will do

  • Develop and own global campaign strategy for Airports BU focusing on awareness and demand generation.
  • Execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital and offline channels.
  • Drive lead generation and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in collaboration with GEO teams.
  • Manage campaign budgets and external agencies to maximize ROI.
  • Measure and report campaign performance using analytics tools and KPIs.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product marketing, GEO marketing, and central marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Prague or Madrid.
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on campaign management and demand generation.
  • Experience in technology sector preferred, ideally aviation or similar fast-paced B2B environment.
  • Strong digital marketing, analytics, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics for decision making.

  • Experience with global or multi-region campaigns.
  • Exposure to world-class marketing practices and innovative brands.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing techniques and account-based marketing.
