TL;DR
Implementation Engineer (Fintech) (Java/Linux/SQL): Configuring, integrating, and customizing trading platforms for client business requirements with an accent on technical delivery, production support, and reliable financial-market solutions. Focus on investigating complex issues, building and validating deployment deliverables, and applying Agile, continuous integration, and test-driven development practices.
Location: Hybrid role in Manila, 6805 Ayala Ave

What you will do
- Analyze client requirements and issues from functional and technical perspectives.
- Configure, integrate, and customize trading products to meet business requirements.
- Partner with Product, Technical Account Management, and Support teams during client implementations.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues using Java, Linux, and SQL databases.
- Build, test, and validate technical deliverables before deployment.
- Improve deployment quality and support continuous product innovation in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing technical support, implementation, or delivery role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Required knowledge of Java, Linux, databases, and SQL queries.
- Strong client communication skills, including meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and regular stakeholder communication.
- Experience working autonomously and collaboratively in a cross-functional Agile team.
- Excellent command of English required.
Nice to have
- Financial-market experience, including front-office systems, market connectivity, equities or derivatives, FIX protocol, or third-party vendors.
