Senior Manager, Offer Strategy and Acquisition Insights, Everyday Banking Acquisition & Onboarding

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid work arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site

What you will do

• Develop acquisition insights using client, competitor, and market analysis for chequing and credit card growth.
• Design and optimize offer positioning, timing, and value propositions for priority client segments.
• Lead acquisition performance planning, sales planning, budgeting, and investment optimization.
• Track acquisition profitability across products, channels, and client segments.
• Partner with Credit Risk Strategy and other stakeholders to validate insights and improve acquisition outcomes.
• Use test-and-learn methods and performance results to continuously refine strategies.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in acquisition strategy, offer strategy, business insights, performance analysis, and cross-functional planning.
• Experience should be within banking, financial services, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical thinking, business planning, market research, product analysis, and strategic planning skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Business Administration or Master of Business Administration.
• Experience supporting chequing, credit card, or consumer banking product growth.
