Director, Infrastructure Procurement (AI Infrastructure)

hirify.global operates a global e-commerce business and is transforming procurement for its enterprise IT infrastructure organization.

What you will do

• Define and execute global sourcing strategies across AI infrastructure, data centers, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, hardware, software, facilities, and maintenance services.
• Build category roadmaps aligned with business growth, capacity forecasts, technology evolution, and supply requirements.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives, sourcing governance, supplier management frameworks, and source-to-pay improvements.
• Manage executive relationships with strategic suppliers, including scorecards, QBRs, KPI tracking, capability reviews, and supplier diversification.
• Lead complex negotiations for multi-year agreements, capacity reservations, SLAs, service credits, pricing, and risk allocation.
• Advise Infrastructure, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Security, Architecture, and executive leadership while leading and developing a procurement team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 12+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience, including 5+ years leading procurement professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience sourcing IT infrastructure categories such as data centers, networks, cloud, AI infrastructure, software, and security.
• Strong experience with complex negotiations and strategic supplier relationships.
• Deep knowledge of TCO modeling, should-cost analysis, benchmarking, supplier evaluation, and category strategy development.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or a degree focused on finance, accounting, supply chain, or business management.
• Experience in hyperscale cloud, e-commerce, technology, telecommunications, or data center industries.
• Experience purchasing GPUs, high-performance computing, storage, and networking infrastructure.
• Global sourcing experience across APAC, North America, and EMEA.
• Knowledge of co-location contracts, data center economics, procurement transformation, and source-to-pay implementation.
