What you will do

• Manage production control, inventory control, process control, and shop floor control activities.
• Maintain Oracle work order release schedules, perform pre-shortage analysis, and conduct work order variance analysis.
• Review MRP execution, reconcile supply and demand, and validate master scheduling and production requirements.
• Manage materials affected by engineering change orders and maintain accurate planning systems through audits and reporting.
• Analyze inventory usage, stock levels, shortages, lead times, capacity, and work-in-progress issues.
• Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, cycle counting, and planning-process training.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant planning discipline.
• Knowledge of best practices and how planning integrates with related business areas.
• Ability to solve complex problems using multiple sources of information and sound judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and work in tight or noisy manufacturing environments.
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment and, where necessary, hand and power tools in a clean-room environment.
