What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic regional planning processes, tools, data visualizations, and systems.
- Manage demand forecasts with field service teams and act as the planning focal point for field service and customer stakeholders.
- Coordinate with senior managers, technical subject-matter experts, sales, logistics, and other functions.
- Manage funded projects, including timelines, budgets, technical support, and project outcomes.
- Track performance, identify improvement opportunities, manage exceptions, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor planners while representing the region in global planning processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- 3–8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating across functions.
- Strong data analysis skills with Tableau, SQL, Python, or Power BI.
- Ability to solve complex problems, explain sensitive information, and build consensus.
