Enterprise Printing Solutions Presales Technical Consultant (AI)

Location: Bogota, Colombia; 50% travel; relocation is not available

What you will do

• Provide consultative presales support for enterprise printing solutions, qualify opportunities, and position solutions against customer business needs.
• Lead discovery sessions, needs assessments, customer presentations, demonstrations, and executive-level technical storytelling.
• Design tailored solutions covering hardware, software, managed print services, workflow automation, fleet management, security, and cloud capabilities.
• Prepare technical proposals, RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, statements of work, solution architectures, and technical documentation.
• Plan and support proofs of concept and lab demonstrations, including network environments, print infrastructure, software configuration, and customer validation.
• Enable channel partners through technical training and collaborate with sales, services, product, delivery, and business development teams.

Requirements

• University or bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry, enterprise printing technologies, Microsoft infrastructure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, networking, security, and integration requirements.
• Strong communication, consultative selling, storytelling, executive presence, and customer relationship skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
• Based in Bogota, Colombia, with 50% travel.
• Ability to continuously develop technical expertise and translate complex technical concepts for different audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI and data-driven insights to usage analytics, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, workflow automation, intelligent support, or fleet optimization.
