Salary: $90,000–$140,000 base compensation annually, plus discretionary year-end profit sharing and restricted equity units.

What you will do

  • Manage the day-to-day responsibilities, priorities, and workload of client service teams.
  • Serve as a primary contact for client communications and coordinate timely, thorough responses with the Lead Advisor.
  • Review portfolios and develop recommendations covering investments, cash needs, asset allocation, tax, estate, risk, and general financial planning.
  • Prepare and present client meeting deliverables, including Cash Needs Analysis, Strategic Asset Allocation, and Vocational Freedom Analysis.
  • Review and approve trades, portfolio rebalances, wires, journals, and other implementation requests.
  • Train and mentor team members while maintaining accurate planning topics, scores, and review dates in the Wealth Management Scorecard.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related industry preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Required professional designation: CFP®, CPA, CFA, or JD.
  • Candidates with CPA, CFA, or JD instead of CFP® must obtain Series 65 or an equivalent within 120 days of employment.
  • Baseline proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
