Group Product Manager (Auto Finance Fraud Operations)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site

What you will do

• Develop and execute Auto Finance fraud strategies that protect client and business interests while maintaining market competitiveness.
• Manage and monitor fraud and operational risk metrics against industry standards.
• Lead fraud strategy initiatives, including objectives, priorities, program management, and frontline empowerment.
• Evolve fraud-related processes and systems for the Auto Finance business.
• Coordinate with Fraud, Client Account Management, Recovery Operations, and other partner organizations to build tailored support models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business planning, fraud strategy development, and operational risk mitigation.
• In-depth knowledge of Auto Finance products and their operational and risk characteristics.
• Strong product management, strategic planning, and project management experience.
• Ability to interpret complex fraud data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for urgent business priorities.
• Senior-level influencing, leadership, relationship management, and decision-making skills in a matrix organization.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and, where applicable, able to provide a valid work or study permit.
