Sr. Consultant, Solution Design (Microsoft Azure)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada. The work arrangement, including the proportion of on-site and remote work, will be discussed during the interview. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

What you will do

• Lead the design of scalable, secure, highly available enterprise applications and technology solutions.
• Develop cloud-based solutions using C#, .NET, Microsoft Azure, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Build integrations with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Create business process automation with Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop reporting and analytics capabilities with Power BI.
• Partner with architecture, product, infrastructure, security, and operations teams; document designs, review code, and mentor developers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience delivering enterprise-grade applications and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, Microsoft Azure, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Ability to investigate complex problems, communicate technical information clearly, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience setting strategic team goals, coaching employees, and supporting successful team performance.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, and Power BI.
