TL;DR
Senior Solution Architect (AI) (SaaS architecture and agentic AI): Owns the technical architecture of Environmental Accounting and Corporate Sustainability SaaS products with an accent on scalable system design, AI-Driven Development Lifecycle practices, and production agentic AI. Focus on designing tool-calling and multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation, AI evaluation and observability, and secure integration of Claude Code into daily engineering workflows.

What you will do
- Own and evolve the target architecture for the Corporate Sustainability and Environmental Accounting product areas.
- Define architectural decisions covering scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and technical debt.
- Embed an AI-Driven Development Lifecycle across requirements, design, implementation, testing, review, documentation, and operations.
- Architect and deliver production agentic AI capabilities using tool calling, orchestration, multi-agent patterns, retrieval-augmented generation, memory, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Contribute directly to the codebase, prototype high-risk approaches, and work daily with Claude Code and comparable agentic coding tools.
- Guide engineers, partner with Product Management, influence technical direction, and communicate risks and trade-offs to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years in an architecture, lead engineer, or principal engineer capacity.
- Strong hands-on development experience with .NET/C# or Node, plus SaaS or enterprise software architecture at scale.
- Experience with Azure or AWS, distributed systems, API design, and translating product requirements into technical designs.
- Routine, demonstrable production experience with Claude Code or equivalent agentic coding tools is essential.
- Practical experience with an AI-Driven Development Lifecycle and agentic AI patterns is essential.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, model selection, prompt injection, data leakage, access control, and responsible AI practices.
Nice to have
- Technical proficiency with Databricks, SQL Server, and Azure SQL.
- Experience shipping agentic AI solutions, integrating Model Context Protocol, or introducing AI tooling across an engineering organization.
- Experience in fast-moving, low-formality environments and global or cross-functional organizations.
