IT Engineer (Japanese Speaker) (IT Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Operate and support technology areas including servers, networks, application infrastructure, and technical security.
• Resolve technical incidents independently and collaborate on complex or cross-technology issues.
• Implement and verify infrastructure changes, patches, and security updates while monitoring compliance.
• Maintain accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) records and provide continual improvement recommendations.
• Participate in customer, transition, transformation, and internal projects, including projects within the assigned responsibility area.
• Manage technical relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fresh graduates and candidates from other educational backgrounds may apply; training is provided.
• General understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, project management, customer/vendor management, business analysis, and financial management.
• Japanese communication skills at JLPT N1/N2/N3 level are required.
• Good English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Wintel, or a programming language.
