Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

Location: Grande Prairie, AB, Canada. The proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Support Relationship Managers through client acquisition, relationship management, credit management, and financing processes.
• Coordinate business development activities and liaise with other hirify.global units throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify business opportunities and help develop financing solutions aligned with client needs.
• Research industries, clients, and prospects to evaluate business growth opportunities.
• Prepare analyses for credit submissions, including transaction structuring and documentation.
• Assess client needs, respond to enquiries, and develop financial and strategic proposals.

Requirements

• Experience with financial statements, accounting principles, valuation techniques, and cash flow analysis.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to investigate complex problems, interpret data, and communicate detailed information clearly.
• Ability to take ownership, deliver results, adapt to change, and collaborate effectively.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
