Sr Lead FP&A - Procurement (Finance)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; on-site

Salary: $130,000–$190,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for full-time regular employees.

What you will do

• Analyze procurement, transportation, warehousing, inventory, and other supply chain costs.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Monitor KPIs including inventory turnover, cost per unit, and logistics expenses.
• Partner with procurement, logistics, operations, and other cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses comparing actual results with budget and forecast.
• Analyze cost structures and margin impacts to support pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, supply chain management, or business administration.
• 5–6 years of experience in financial analysis, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Experience with cost analysis, budgeting, inventory management, procurement or sourcing.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.

Nice to have

• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with cost accounting and inventory management.
