Research Associate, Analytical Chemistry

Salary: $100,720–$157,375 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Conduct analytical chemistry research and experiments in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and validate oligonucleotide and enzyme testing methodologies for raw materials, production intermediates, and final products.
• Evaluate and optimize test methods, antibodies, enzymes, and reagents.
• Establish, validate, and document compound identification methods.
• Perform analytical sample testing in support of Process Development.
• Prepare and review product instructions, protocols, technical reports, and laboratory documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
• Experience with analytical chemistry research, testing methodologies, and method validation.
• Ability to work in compliance with cGMP, safety, regulatory, quality management, and Good Laboratory Practice requirements.
• Ability to maintain laboratory notebooks and provide technical support to customers and coworkers.
