Technician III -Equipment

What you will do

• Provide technical support for test operations and manufacturing equipment.
• Set up testers, contactors, pins, hardware, handlers, and related equipment before production.
• Implement preventive maintenance, perform equipment repairs, and replace defective parts or boards.
• Support equipment qualification, machine buy-off, equipment improvements, and modifications.
• Analyze productivity, quality, safety, yield, utilization, MTBF, MTTR, availability, and efficiency indicators, then implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain compliance with quality systems, setup and correlation procedures, audits, 5S, housekeeping, and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

• At least a two-year technical course graduate in electromechanical, electronics, or mechanical technology.
• Preferably at least two years of experience in a similar role in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Good technical skills and knowledge of computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools such as 7QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Analysis, and Statistical Process Control.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, work flexible hours, and render overtime.
