Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary FP&A partner for a Banking Segment P&L and support profitable growth.
• Analyze current and future financial performance to inform growth, investment, and pricing decisions.
• Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans aligned with growth targets.
• Track monthly revenue and expenses, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with product, development, and professional services leaders on cost management.
• Model business cases and prepare executive reports covering insights, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related field.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience supporting complex P&Ls in technology, financial services, or SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to translate data into business recommendations for senior and non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems, data analysis tools, and AI capabilities.

• Experience supporting technology, software, or platform-based products.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services operating models.
• Experience with long-range planning, growth scenario modeling, professional services, or development cost structures.
• Familiarity with automation, BI, or advanced analytics tools.
