Senior Principal Backend Development Engineer (C++)

What you will do

• Design and develop backend systems for the trading core platform.
• Maintain, upgrade, and optimize systems for high concurrency, stability, and low latency.
• Participate in business design and independently prepare technical documentation.
• Research and apply emerging technologies while helping define the platform’s future architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• Strong C++ foundation and familiarity with open-source libraries such as Folly and Boost.
• Proficiency with NoSQL caches, message queues, and search engines, including Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with system analysis and design, code refactoring, and large-scale application architecture.
• Knowledge of high-traffic, high-concurrency, high-performance distributed systems and performance tuning.

Nice to have

• Experience building trading systems or memory systems.
• Full-stack technical expertise.
• Experience studying the source code of high-quality open-source components.
