Product Expert (CRM)

What you will do

• Own functional planning, product design, and requirements management for CRM product lines, including customer service back-office systems and Salesforce.
• Build and maintain CRM and business workflow systems with internal business teams, taking ownership of delivery outcomes and business satisfaction.
• Explore and implement AI capabilities across CRM and other product ecosystems to improve internal operational efficiency.
• Gather and clarify business requirements, write PRDs, map functional workflows, define feature specifications and logic rules, and conduct field-level analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering on requirements clarification, system architecture design, and iteration planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Axure, Mockplus, Visio, and MindManager, plus the ability to create high-quality PRD documentation.
• Strong project management skills, including cross-functional coordination, timeline management, and delivery execution.
• Collaborative interpersonal style with the ability to listen to stakeholders and align diverse interests toward consensus.
• Data-driven approach with familiarity in data analysis methods and tools, strong learning agility, and innovative thinking.
