Salary: £49,601–£56,518 FTE per year

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global GB’s influencing approach to climate justice across the UK.
• Develop campaign and influencing strategies, including original ideas and innovative approaches.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and political risk connected to campaign and policy objectives.
• Represent climate justice issues through policy, influencing, lobbying, and media work.
• Mobilise internal stakeholders around major areas of work within a complex global confederation.
• Oversee team budgets and use research data and learning to inform campaigns, advocacy, and policy.

Requirements

• Experience managing performance, developing people, supporting inclusion, and helping colleagues achieve their potential.
• Proven experience leading successful influencing work involving campaigns, policy, funding, programmes, or coalition building.
• Knowledge and experience of climate justice, potentially including just transition, climate finance, or climate adaptation programming.
• Experience building external relationships and communicating complex issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing budgets, using research and data for advocacy, and exercising sound judgement in complex situations.
• Ability to work from the London or Oxford office under hirify.global GB’s hybrid arrangements.
