Principal Security Development Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Research and develop security systems and platforms covering data security, sensitive information identification and desensitization, and secure operations.
• Design and implement security policies and detection logic supporting compliance and security requirements.
• Analyze business system architecture, identify security risks, and propose feasible technical solutions.
• Participate in emergency response and post-incident reviews to improve security capabilities and platform construction.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, risk control, and other departments to implement security capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field, with more than 3 years of research and development experience.
• Proficiency in Golang and additional development experience with Java, Python, or other languages.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and experience developing high-performance, highly reliable systems.
• Understanding of common security issues, including XSS, SQL injection, permission bypass, and data leakage, as well as their protection mechanisms.
• Familiarity with common security frameworks and middleware, supported by strong system design and engineering skills.
• Strong communication and project ownership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Security research and development experience with large-scale, high-concurrency systems.
• Experience building data security, privacy compliance, or audit platforms.
• Open-source security contributions, CVE submissions, or security competition achievements.
• Knowledge of cloud-native security technologies, including Kubernetes, microservices, and zero trust.
