What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize AI agents for customer service, supply chain optimization, recommendation systems, and internal operations.
• Develop agent architectures using machine learning, natural language processing, knowledge representation, and reasoning techniques.
• Integrate AI agents with existing hirify.global systems and platforms.
• Research and experiment with new AI paradigms and technologies to improve agent performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune deployed agents while contributing to internal AI frameworks and best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing AI agents or intelligent systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and NLP techniques.
• Experience with agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or cognitive architectures.
• Understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with MLOps practices.
