Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, and operate production machine learning systems for outfit discovery and personalised fashion experiences.
• Partner with Machine Learning Scientists to deploy deep learning models and deliver customer and business outcomes.
• Deploy and optimise batch and real-time models serving millions of customers.
• Build recommendation, personalisation, retrieval, and AI-driven fashion discovery capabilities.
• Improve performance, reliability, observability, and scalability across the machine learning lifecycle.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, shared ML tooling, engineering practices, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning systems in production.
• Strong machine learning engineering and modern software engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
• Experience training and optimising models with large datasets and distributed compute infrastructure.
• Experience with recommendation systems, ranking, retrieval, personalisation, or related domains.
• Knowledge of MLOps, cloud services, model monitoring, lifecycle management, and technical mentoring.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and practical applications of LLMs and generative AI in customer-facing products.
