What you will do

• Design and build generative AI applications for complex financial and legal workflows.
• Develop large-scale AI-powered systems using machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, speech and audio, and knowledge mining.
• Lead the end-to-end model lifecycle, including experimentation, training, testing, monitoring, deployment, and reproducible research.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business problems and improve the impact of AI solutions for end users.
• Define and iterate on scoped product bets in a fast-paced internal startup environment.
• Share ideas and help drive AI adoption across the organisation while mentoring teammates.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python for production-ready delivery.
• Deep expertise in at least one area such as information retrieval, entity and relationship extraction, knowledge graphs, recommendation systems, tabular machine learning, or statistical and predictive modelling.
• Deep understanding of generative AI and agentic frameworks.
• Experience across the full model lifecycle, including experimentation, training, evaluation, testing, monitoring, and deployment.
• Strong product focus and ability to understand the end-to-end impact of technical solutions.
• Good knowledge of AWS AI infrastructure.
