Senior Product Analyst (Crypto)

Location: Remote in the U.S.

Salary: USD 140,000–165,000 per year for U.S. remote locations. Canadian remote locations offer CAD 125,000–140,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product analytics for key consumer-facing products and initiatives.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, lifecycle metrics, and customer journeys to identify growth, monetization, and user-experience opportunities.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments for product, UX, pricing, and growth initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and business leaders to define hypotheses, success metrics, and experiment guardrails.
• Build and maintain product KPIs, dashboards, monitoring metrics, and accurate event instrumentation.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and support roadmap and business-strategy decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or a related role in a consumer-facing technology company.
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests that produced measurable improvements in revenue, ARPU, retention, or related metrics.
• Strong knowledge of experimental design, statistics, causal inference, funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle metrics.
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations, with strong communication and business-acumen skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining analytical rigor and execution quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience using AI tools and ML techniques such as segmentation and propensity scoring.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or marketplace products.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
