What you will do

• Lead the development of the ML platform, including model registries, versioning, and monitoring.
• Develop and deploy forecasting, optimization, and personalization models for live products like Smart Charging.
• Connect model quality to realized energy savings using counterfactual evaluation and decision-quality metrics.
• Mentor peers and establish best practices for using LLMs and agentic AI tools.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle from problem framing and data sourcing to production deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience building production-grade ML platforms with CI/CD and drift detection.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with Databricks MLflow or AWS SageMaker.
• Expertise in time-series forecasting, optimization, or personalization at scale.
• Ability to build repeatable workflows and onboard other engineers into these systems.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex data concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience integrating LLM and agentic AI tools into the data science workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with energy time-series data, smart charging, or grid optimization.
