Supplier Quality Manager (Consumer Electronics)

What you will do

• Lead operational due diligence and quality-system assessments for suppliers of smartphones and audio products.
• Coordinate supplier audits, risk management, mitigation plans, and the Operations Supplier Due Diligence and Audit Roadmap.
• Investigate and escalate supplier quality issues while driving closed-loop corrective and preventive actions.
• Connect field quality analytics and consumer defect trends with supplier process controls.
• Manage ODM deliverables, including timelines, prototypes, testing, validation, and product ramp-up for audio programs.
• Partner with sourcing, manufacturing, product, engineering, audio design, software, hardware, and operations teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality or Quality Operations.
• Proven experience with consumer electronics, such as smartphones, audio products, or IoT devices, and supplier networks.
• Formal training in Quality Management or Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work autonomously with suppliers in China and collaborate remotely with the Quality Operations team in the Netherlands.

• Familiarity with macOS, Google Workspace, and Basecamp.
