Client Service Representative (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Location: On-site at Sidney-2339 Beacon Ave, Sidney, BC, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple nearby banking centres may be required.

What you will do

• Help clients manage their accounts and banking products.
• Answer questions, assist with transactions, and resolve client issues.
• Connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global team members and financial services specialists.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and other digital banking tools.
• Work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Customer service experience and a client-first approach.
• Digital literacy and the ability to explain online banking tools.
• Financial processing and organizational efficiency skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance.
