What you will do
- Perform transactional data analytics and prepare comprehensive, error-free analysis and reports.
- Design analytical solutions and improve financial processes and compliance efforts.
- Apply accounting knowledge to recovery audit services, including sales and use tax analysis.
- Lead or contribute expertise to functional project teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Interact with internal customers to examine moderately complex issues and develop solutions.
- Use financial systems and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office tools.
Requirements
- University degree in finance or accounting.
- Typically 4+ years of experience in FP&A, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or recovery audit services.
- Intermediate understanding of AR, AP, fixed assets, balance sheets, and related financial systems and processes.
- Expert proficiency in Excel, macros, and analysis of large datasets.
- Strong accounting, analytical, communication, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to design and improve financial processes, with developing presentation skills and strong PowerPoint proficiency.
